Revai also known as the G-wiz I, is an electric car made officially by the Reva Electric Car Company. The car was first introduced internationally and sold 2,500 units in 13 countries. Today, Revai is available to Indian market and the Reva Electric Car Company is expecting to sell 3,000 units in Delhi this year. As of the moment, the company is preparing for a dramatic increase in demand, as they are planning to increase their production capacity from 6,000 units annually to 30,000 by the end of 2008. Owning a Revai will give a 15 percent subsidy on the tax base price, 12.5 percent value added tax exemption, and if you are in Delhi, you can get a refund for the road tax and registration fees.
