When disasters occur like flood, water shortage is normally the first problem an affected place will suffer. Due to the climate change the world is experiencing, disasters happen every year particularly the flood. Because of this, Ozgur Ceren Bagatarthe at the Umea Institute of Design in Sweden created the emergency water purifier for flood conditions. The purifier uses a rescue bottle and filters contaminated water via reverse osmosis membrane. The product is also a dioralyte supplier used in replacing lost during the disaster thus creating a product of purified water mixed with essential nutrients needed by flood-hit kids and adult.
