Green architecture is great, as it helps save the environment with the architects using eco-friendly building materials. However, isn’t it great to hear that people have started to show care to the environment through building restoration or reuse. A Condo in Dusseldorf, Germany by AABE Erpicum and Partners is just one of the living examples of green architecture. Instead of wrecking an old warehouse, what the group did was restore the building, install it with modern and elegant household furniture, fixtures, and viola! A modern home was made. With this project, no energy or gases were used in the manufacturing of building materials and there were no growing of landfills.
