More and more are taking advantage of using the renewable energy that is readily available. However, due to the resources’ intermittency, no one will have the chance to control it and when needed the most, no one can flood the grid for future use. With this situation in mind, Southwest Solar Technology comes with the idea of developing the Compressed Air Energy Storage System. As the name suggests, this system has the ability to store renewable sources using clean technology. During the day, the system collects energy t heat and compress air into an airtight chamber. The moment wind energy is needed, the stored wind energy will then be released through a turbine.
