This battery-electric powered car has the ability to provide weather protection, climate control and comfort, secure storage, and crash protection, thus meet a person’s need for an enclosed personal mobility. The City Car has the mileage like of a 150 to 200 miles per gallon of gasoline but use a battery-electric, thus produces zero emission.
