Producing Biofuel is now another form of alternative in saving the environment. The eco-pods by Boston architects Howeler, Yoon, and the LA based digital designers Squared Design Lab simply informs the public that micro-algae, a bio-fuel can be possibly grown in a vertical form. The pods will be arranged by robotic arms, which are powered by the micro-algae already produced, which is obviously an eco-friendly approach. This will also ensure the optimum growing conditions for algae in every pod. Aside from growing micro-algae, the pods are also capable of housing research projects. These will be installed in unfinished buildings particularly to those who are hardly hit by the recession.
