Posses the higher standards in design, the villa is a German-made living made space that aside from the high standards, is also a sustainable one. This first signature series of Libeskind, this villa offers durability and insulation. It also features innovative technologies and a strong compliance to a few of the toughest energy-saving standards in the whole world. The unique design of the villa made possible by three interlocking architectural bands that creates and asymmetrical look of the villa’s interior.
Green factors of the villa include an onsite renewable energy source for heating, electricity and water. It has a solar thermal system, geothermal system, rainwater collection system, and a photovoltaic thin film
