As a promotional package for Absolut Pears to the Chinese market, the design is a prolonged interpretation of the classic Absolut bottle with creative recyclable functionality. The comfortable handle is the key to reduce the use of plastic bag and spread drinking funs between parties. Maximal solid structural has allowed low cost production and transportation process. With a semi-transparent material, the package can be tastefully reused as compact suitcase, decorative fruit bowl and lamp or pendant. This is the first Absolut Vodka package by Chinese designer Jamy Yang.
This eco-friendly design has won the 2008 Design for Asia Silver Award.
