We have been waiting to have a flying car and the Pal-V Flying Car make it into reality. The pal-v is a hybrid car and gyroplane that cater two passengers at a time making it your personal air and land vehicle. When on the ground, the Pal-V serves as your land vehicle that runs as fast as your sports car.
The car is slim and modern enough to hit the major roads and highways of big cities with its slim, aerodynamic and 3-wheel design. What made this vehicle unique is the presence of the single rotor and propeller which allows the car able to fly by just simply unfolding those two parts. With this feature, users can run the vehicle to any airfields near them and take off anytime they wanted. The Pal-V is gasoline powered and flies below 4,000 feet. Therefore, it will not interfere with the commercial air traffic. The Pal-V runs on a robust, certified aircraft engine and has the speed of up to 180km/h on both land and air.
The pal-v can land anywhere because it has a short take off and landing capability. This futuristic vehicle works exactly similar to the standard gyrocopter but is a lot quieter because of the slower rotation of its main rotor. The Pal-V Flying Car is easy to control and its first delivery is expected to be on 2014.
